How to assign a Role to a user

The following steps show how to assign a Role to a user.

  1. Log in to the RDA

  1. Click Security

  1. Click Projects (should be selected by default)

  1. Select a Project from the left-hand navigation menu

  1. Click the Roles section
  2. Click the Role you wish to assign to the user. To create a Role, see How to create or edit Roles

Select a Role

  1. In the Members section, click Add User to Role

Click Add User to Role

  1. Use the search field to find the user. To create a user account, see How to create an account
  2. Set a start and end date for membership of the Role
  3. Click Add

Select the user account to add to the Role
